Baldwin Wallace University congratulates our fall 2016 graduates! The following students completed all requirements for a graduate and/or undergraduate degree.

To be eligible for the Dean's List, students must earn a 3.50 GPA for the semester and complete at least nine semester hours of academic credit with no incompletes.

A total of 11,758 students enrolled during the 2016 fall semester at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

John Carroll University students earn a spot on the Dean's List.

Students from Trine University's main campus earned Dean's List recognition for the Fall 2016 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a main campus student must maintain at least 15 credit hours and have a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.749.

Miami University students who are ranked in the top three percent of undergraduate students within each division for first semester 2016-17 have been named to the president's list recognizing academic excellence.

Miami University students who are ranked in the top twenty percent of undergraduate students within each division for first semester 2016-17 have been named to the dean's list recognizing academic excellence.

The following students have been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2016 semester at Baldwin Wallace University according to Stephen D. Stahl, Provost. Students who receive at least a 3.6 GPA for seven or more graded hours in a single semester are named to the Dean's List.

Miami University Students Study Abroad in Fall

Youngstown State University's best and brightest students have been named to the Dean's List for Fall Semester 2016.

Youngstown State University's most outstanding students have been named to the YSU President's List. To qualify, students must have earned a 4.0 grade point average in the Fall 2016 semester.

Ohio Wesleyan University is pleased to announce its 2016 fall semester Dean's List. To qualify for OWU Dean's List recognition, students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale in all applicable classes. Congratulations, Bishops, on this outstanding academic achievement!

Miami University Students Study Abroad in Summer

A distinguished group of students at Baldwin Wallace University has reached BW's pinnacle of academic honor society achievement with fall 2016 induction into the Dayton C. Miller Honor Society. Less than four percent of the undergraduate student body achieves membership in the society.

Seventeen students achieved membership in BW's Alpha Mu Zeta chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, International English Honor Society.

High Achieving Students Choose Miami University

Youngstown State University students present the musical comedy "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" the weekends of Nov. 18-20 and Dec. 2-4 on campus in Bliss Hall's Ford Theater.

Thirty Ohio Wesleyan University student-scientists shared the results of their 10-week summer science research projects recently at the university's 24th annual Patricia Belt Conrades Summer Science Research Symposium. The students presented information and answered questions about their research findings, which were documented in posters outlining each project.

More than 500 students earned endowed scholarships at Baldwin Wallace University this fall. BW has a long history of endowed scholarship support from alumni, faculty, trustees and friends. More than 385 named scholarships provide over $3 million to help students attend, persist and graduate from BW. Endowed scholarships vary in their requirements with many specifying financial need, a course of study, involvement on campus or a commitment to excellence in a particular field.

More than 675 Youngstown State University students have assumed leadership positions at clubs and organizations across campus.

More than 400 first-year students welcomed to the Baldwin Wallace University campus this fall earned $5.2 million dollars in merit scholarships for their outstanding high school achievements. BW grants a wide range of scholarships to current students each year. Including merit and need-based scholarships, BW students received over $41 million in financial support from the University for the 2016-2017 academic year.

From apps to earthworms to Shakespeare and more, 11 students pursued research or creative projects of their own design under the supervision of a faculty mentor as part of BW's Summer Scholars Program. Scholars lived together for 10 weeks on campus and had extensive opportunities to engage in collaborative activities within an intellectual community. Participants will present the results of their projects in the lobby of Strosacker Hall on Oct. 6 from 4-6 p.m.

Nearly 450 YSU Honors College students spent a Saturday this semester volunteering at local organizations for the annual Global Day of Service event.
